Piramida Rekayasa Informasi mempunyai empat tahap yaitu perencanaan strategis informasi, analisis area bisnis, sistem perancangan dan konstruksi. Empat tahapan ini difungsikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaraan yang berisikan motivasi, potensi, cara belajar dan sarana yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan suatu cara proses efektifitas pembelajaran.
